I provide therapy for women who are ready to feel better, not just get through the day. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, a life transition, or just feeling off in a way you can’t fully explain, you don’t have to do it alone. I am currently taking specialized training in perinatal and maternal mental health, supporting those moving through pregnancy, postpartum, and the real, unfiltered parts of parenting. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re carrying, build coping strategies that actually work, and help you create a life that feels more grounded, clear, and like your own again.
