Individual therapy is a space where you get to show up exactly as you are: messy thoughts, heavy feelings, and all. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, anxiety, loss, or just feeling overwhelmed by life, we’ll work together to make sense of it and find what actually helps. I blend evidence-based approaches like CBT and trauma-informed care with real, honest conversations because healing isn’t about being perfect, it’s about feeling supported, understood, and a little more like yourself again.

  • I offer both virtual and in-person appointments to meet you where you are.

  • My hourly rate is $155.

  • I am currently accepting self-pay clients only while I work on credentialing.

    I will be accepting most insurances very soon!
